Hello from our founding team 👋

Through years of trial and error, and the near devasting break up of our founding team, we developed a process to unpack and heal inherited patterns and transform people's relationship to conflict and leadership. 

It is our joy and a privilege to now bring these tools to other leaders and entrepreneurs, who have gone from burnt out, dysregulated, and stuck in conflict spirals to thriving, productive,  creative changemakers.
